Em seguida, informa a intenção da Rockefeller em doar 200 mil dólares para a ESA, mas esse auxílio só poderia ser feito com o estabelecimento de uma importância semelhante feito pelo Governo. Pede que o governador ofereça o dinheiro necessário e ressalta a importância da Uremg para o país.
