Por várias décadas esta edificação sediou o Cine Odeon no térreo e a Delegacia no primeiro andar. Na década de 1980 o cinema fechou, e na década seguinte a Delegacia foi transferida para sua sede atual, após esse período passou a funcionar o espaço cultural no térreo, com a exibição de filmes, e no primeiro andar a Igreja Assembleia de Deus. Atualmente funciona, no térreo, a Igreja Universal e no primeiro andar um restaurante.
