Decreto nº112 de 1935 emitido por Getúlio Vagas, então Presidente da Republica, reconhecendo a Escola Superior de Agricultura e Veterinária como oficial conferindo-lhe as prerrogativas e direitos estabelecidos por lei aos Estabelecimentos Superiores Federais de Ensino. Junto ao Decreto encontra-se a exposição de motivos do Secretário de Agricultura, Odilon Braga, recomendando que o presidente reconhecesse a escola por meio do decreto.
